UNIT 3. PLACES IN A TOWN

  UNIT 3. PLACES IN THE TOWN!

Hi dear families!

We have started unit 3 and we are working on the topic of PLACES we can find in a town. 

These are the vocabulary words we are learning: hospital, train station, café, police station, museum, supermarket, newsagent's, bus stop, cinema and shops.

We will also be learning there is/there are, so we will make full sentences using this verbal expression and the vocabulary words! For example, we will learn to write and say There is a police station in Alcudia, There isn't a cinema in my town, are there any museums in my town? Yes, there are/No, there aren't

And we can't forget Prepositions. We will make some sentences using them: The cinema is between the supermarket and the police station, The museum is in front of the train station.

Hi dear families!

We have started unit 3 and we are working on the topic of SPORTS. 

These are the vocabulary words we are learning: dive, row, do karate, do judo, ride a bike, ride a horse, skateboard, rollerblade, ice skate, play table tennis.

We will be introducing the verb "can" and we will study the personal pronouns, so we will make full sentences using this verb and the vocabulary words! So, for example, we will learn to write and say I can ride a bike, He can't rollerblade or Can you do karate? Yes, I can/No, I can't
